Abstract

Актуализирована проблема стратегии профессионального развития персонала. Сделан акцент на специфике инвестиций в профессиональное развитие персонала малыми предприятиями. Дан сопоставительный анализ возможных стратегий инвестирования. В качестве перспективной предложена стратегия, ориентированная на минимизацию рисков.
