Abstract

В настоящее время интеллектуальный капитал становится стратегическим активом компании, непосредственно влияющим на развитие организации, в связи с чем, большинство современных предприятий предпочитают уделять особое внимание вопросам управления и развития интеллектуального капитала. Поэтому создание системы отчетности для интеллектуального капитала становится ключевой задачей в целях дальнейшего развития фирмы. В статье изложены основные подходы к учету интеллектуального капитала, даны рекомендации к оценке и управлению интеллектуальным капиталом, приведены ключевые проблемы и текущие задачи, стоящие перед организациями в условиях современной экономики.
