Abstract

Описан опыт разработки студентами Ульяновского государственного университета перспективной модели компетенций «идеального» специалиста по управлению персоналом. Обоснована целесообразность применения данного опыта в образовательной деятельности в качестве эффективного средства формирования лидерских качеств будущих менеджеров. Даны предложения по практике применения указанной модели в учебном процессе.
