Abstract

Выявлены проблемы, мешающие устойчивому инновационному развитию, названы причины и определены пути решения этих проблем. Предложены методы и подходы формирования организационно-экономических механизмов инновационного развития. Предложена методология построения «архитектуры» единой инновационной инфраструктуры, обратноцентрированной (предпринимательской) направленности: от регионов к центру. Сформулированы требования к сервисным подразделениям инновационной инфраструктуры. Показана необходимость введения изменений стратегических ориентиров и критериев для реализации на практике устойчивого инновационного развития.
