Демографический Потенциал Как Составляющая Качества Жизни

Abstract

В статье представлено теоретическое и методическое обоснование выделения компонентов качества жизни, важнейшим из которых является качество населения, в том числе демографический (воспроизводственный) потенциал. На базе авторской методики оценки интегрального индекса качества населения рассчитаны и проанализированы в динамике интегральные показатели качества населения регионов Уральского федерального округа. Обоснованы преимущества использования в региональных оценках интегрального индекса качества населения (ИИКН) перед индексом развития человеческого потенциала (ИРЧП), что обусловлено включением в него важнейших демографических индикаторов. Продемонстрированы особенности динамики ИРЧП и ИИКН в регионах России за последнее десятилетие, показано их значение для оценки эффективности реализуемых государственных программ в социально-демографической сфере.
