Abstract

В статье проведен анализ факторов привлечения ПИИ в российские регионы, а также разработана классификация групп факторов, формирующих сравнительное преимущество региона в процессе привлечения прямых иностранных инвестиций: экономические показатели, уровень развития физической инфраструктуры, уровень институционального развития региона, региональная экономическая политика, открытость региона для внешнеэкономических отношений, географические особенности региона. На основе эконометрического исследования проведено ранжирование факторов привлечения ПИИ, даны рекомендации для выработки экономической политики по стимулированию притока иностранного капитала в российскую экономику.
