Abstract

В статье рассматриваются возможные пути трансформации финансовой устойчивости субъектов Российской Федерации, входящих в состав Уральского федерального округа, в условиях реализации проекта "Урал промышленный Урал Полярный". Обосновывается необходимость использования бюджетных средств, а также возможности по привлечению частных инвестиций для финансирования строительства транспортного коридора. Определена схема финансирования работ по проекту, основанная на механизме государственно-частного партнерства.
