Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы минерально-сырьевого потенциала России, проблемы его развития и использования. Раскрываются организационные основы реализации долгосрочной государственной программы изучения недр и воспроизводства минерально-сырьевой базы России на основе баланса потребления и воспроизводства минерального сырья.
