Abstract

В статье раскрыты проблемы планирования социально-экономического развития территорий, показаны последствия отсутствия четкой и ясной стратегии развития региона на примере Алтайского края. На основе анализа фактических данных дана оценка влияния агропромышленного комплекса на экономику края, сформулированы предложения по новой идеологии пространственной организации Алтайского края, обеспечивающей его устойчивое развитие.
