Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы обоснования приоритетов инновационной и инвестиционной деятельности в отраслях промышленности на региональном уровне на основе оптимального использования всех элементов, факторов и механизмов, включив их в целостный контур интеграции технологической структуры, укладов, модернизированной техники, систем машин и действующего производственного потенциала и производительной силы, современных базовых нововведений. Сформулированы интегральные критерии, позволяющие объективно оценить межотраслевую дифференциацию эффективности использования факторов производства и ее влияние на экономическую эффективность всей промышленности в целом. На их основе представлено методическое обоснование рационального применения различных типов технического прогресса в отраслях промышленности региона.
