Эффективность Применения Марганцевых Руд В Металлургической Промышленности Урала

Abstract

В статье обосновано, что расширение сортамента и повышение служебных свойств сталей является одной из важнейших задач металлургии, решение которой может осуществляться с использованием легирующих добавок, в первую очередь марганца. Рассмотрены наиболее значимые мировые производители марганцево-рудного сырья, проведен анализ выбора сырья и поставщиков для отечественной ферросплавной промышленности. Представлены результаты расчетов подготовки и доставки марганцевой руды для металлургической промышленности Урала. Проведен сравнительный анализ вариантов использования сырья для производства конечного продукта ферромарганца. Помимо технологической оценки проекта дано экономическое обоснование его реализации. Обоснована целесообразность развития российских горно-металлургических комплексов при одновременном сотрудничестве со странами импортерами высококачественного марганцевого сырья.
