Abstract

В статье рассмотрены общие проблемы социально-экономического развития регионов России и Монголии, обусловленные сырьевой направленностью их экономик. Предложены рекомендации по решению указанных проблем посредством международной экономической интеграции данных стран. Особое внимание уделено разработке модели межрегионального (трансграничного) партнерства как первичного уровня сотрудничества.
