Abstract

В статье представлены результаты социологического исследования по проблеме качества профессиональной подготовки выпускников учреждений высшего, среднего и начального профессионального образования в регионе (на примере Свердловской области). Определены основные проблемы в области подготовки квалифицированных кадров и требования бизнеса к системе профессионального образования. Обозначены направления формирования региональной модели кооперации сферы подготовки и переподготовки кадров с потребностями рынка труда.
