Формирование Равновесной И Сбалансированной Системы Предоставления Медицинских Услуг В Регионе (На Примере Лечения Нефролитиаза)

Abstract

В статье поставлена проблема формирования равновесной по платежеспособному спросу и сбалансированной в организационном отношении системы предоставления медицинских услуг. Показано, что в условиях широкого распространения их платности решение проблемы возможно на основе использования принципа социальной ответственности государства. Медико-экономическая сторона решения вопросов раскрыта на примере лечения нефролитиаза. Отмечена неразделимость системы "врач-оборудование" для эффективного лечения больных. В связи с этим выдвинута идея первоочередного насыщения здравоохранения высокотехнологичной медицинской техникой. Предложено в рамках национального проекта "Здоровье" реализовать в Свердловской области пилотный проект по созданию палат дистанционного долечивания больных.
