Abstract

В статье рассмотрены методические вопросы формирования программ регионального развития с учетом специфики отдельных территорий. Представлена система интегральных показателей для эколого-экономической оценки хозяйственных проектов, а также расчета величины дополнительных расходов, связанных с ущербом окружающей среде. Использование указанных показателей обеспечит возможность обоснованного выбора наиболее эффективных проектов в целях достижения устойчивости развития территории.
