Abstract

В статье исследуются институциональные основы развития государственно-частного партнерства в Российской Федерации. Анализ препятствий более широкому внедрению государственно-частного партнерства в России выявил много нерешенных вопросов. Прежде всего это пробелы в законодательстве, ряд серьезных институциональных ограничений. В настоящей статье показана роль государственных институтов в развитии взаимодействия власти и бизнеса. Определено, что для каждой страны и региона существенное значение имеет выявление наиболее приоритетных отраслей применения механизмов государственно-частного партнерства.
