Abstract

В работе на основе применения методов экономико-математического моделирования сделана попытка проанализировать влияние факторов окружающей среды, как внешних, так и внутренних, на выбор стратегии ценообразования предприятий промышленности строительных материалов Башкирии. Статья рассматривает конкурентную среду предприятий отрасли в аспекте регионального рынка продукции стройиндустрии. Дается оценка совместимости ценовых и конкурентных стратегий. На основе анализа общей обстановки предприятий промышленности строительных материалов Башкирии и проводимой ими маркетинговой, товарной стратегий и стратегии прибылей определена концепция ценообразования на функциональном уровне. В статье представлены регрессионные уравнения прогнозирования рыночной цены продукции, зависящие от объема производства, коэффициента финансовой устойчивости, кредиторской задолженности и затрат на руб. продажной стоимости.
