Управление Знаниями В Повышении Профессионализма Менеджеров

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются вопросы влияния различных видов знаний на развитие компетентности менеджеров в современном бизнесе. Вводится понятие полного спектра знаний, обеспечивающего развитие профессионализма. На основе анализа управленческой деятельности в условиях высокой информационной нагрузки делаются выводы о типичных недостатках профессиональной подготовки отечественных менеджеров. Предлагаются конкретные инструменты управления знаниями менеджеров, обеспечивающими рост управленческих компетенций. Ставятся вопросы повышения профессионализма руководителей, имеющие высокую актуальность для инновационного развития промышленных предприятий.
