Abstract

В статье рассматриваются отраслевые аспекты расчетов у операторов сотовой связи. Проанализирована актуальность рассматриваемой проблемы для Свердловской области. Исследован гражданско-правовой понятийный аппарат, применяемый в сфере оказания услуг сотовой связи. Даны рекомендации по организации учета расчетов на основе исследования их экономической сущности, предложения по внесению изменений в действующее российское законодательство.
