Региональная Промышленная Политика В Глобализующейся Экономике

Abstract

Обоснована целесообразность разработки и реализации региональной промышленной политики. Выявлены тенденции научно-технического и технологического развития в условиях глобализации; учтен мировой и отечественный опыт проведения промышленной политики. Показано, что в условиях глобализации меняется сущность промышленной политики региона: ее целевые установки, формы, методы и механизмы, ресурсные и институциональные возможности реализации. Раскрыта суть этих изменений.
