Региональные Особенности Формирования Сценариев Экономического Развития

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются возможные сценарии экономического развития одного из российских регионов Пермского края. Описаны сценарные условия развития России, разработанные МЭРТ до 2020 г. и задающие основные условия сценариев экономического развития российских регионов. Представлены внешние условия прогноза экономического развития Пермского края до 2015 г. Приводятся основные показатели прогноза развития экономики региона до 2015 г. Показаны особенности каждого из вариантов сценариев. Данная работа выполнена автором в рамках разработки Программы социально-экономического развития Пермского края на 2007 − 2010 гг. и на период до 2015 г.
