Abstract

Инновационный уровень компаний, работающих на отраслевых конкурентных рынках, определяет степень их конкурентоспособности и оказывает непосредственное влияние на эффективность деятельности. В то же время текущее управление инновационной деятельностью невозможно без ее количественного измерения. Наиболее точным инструментом измерения может стать оценка интеллектуального капитала. Она служит индикатором, выделяющим из результатов экономической деятельности инновационные результаты. Проводимый эксперимент на одном из предприятий телекоммуникационной отрасли направлен на подтверждение гипотезы о возможности измерения инновационного уровня компании с помощью оценки интеллектуального капитала.
