Индустриальные Парки Как Инструмент Реализации Стратегии Регионального Развития

Abstract

В статье раскрывается значение создания и функционирования индустриальных парков для инновационного развития региональной экономики. Рассматриваются существующие ныне организационно-экономические и правовые проблемы формирования этих парков, предлагаются пути их решения. Анализируются предпосылки и возможности формирования индустриальных парков в Вологодской области. Представляется содержание мероприятий, которые осуществляются органами региональной власти по формированию парковых зон, показываются механизмы взаимодействия местной власти и бизнеса, способствующие становлению и перспективному развитию индустриальных парков.
