Abstract

В статье рассмотрены основные процессы, влияющие на развитие продовольственной сферы. Автором определены основные последствия воздействия внедрения проблемных инноваций на качество пищевой продукции и внутреннее потребление населения, а также предложены меры по снижению негативных последствий в этой области.
