Abstract

В статье рассмотрено современное состояние и потенциал расширения транспортно-экономических связей между Республикой Коми и уральскими регионами. Обозначены макрострукурные, ресурсные и инновационные предпосылки формирования макрорегиона Коми Урал. Утверждается, что наряду с транспортными ограничениями барьером укрепления межрегиональных взаимосвязей является институциональная неоформленность стратегических направлений развития рассматриваемой территории. Делается вывод о необходимости расширения границ и содержания проекта транспортного коридора "Урал промышленный Урал Полярный" и перехода к целенаправленному развитию перспективного макрорегиона. Предлагается возможный алгоритм научно-организационной деятельности.
