Abstract

Стабилизация и дальнейшее развитие сельскохозяйственного производства в промышленно развитых регионах рассматривается как основа сохранения сельских поселений. В силу различных причин (сложные природно-климатические условия, диспаритет цен, организационные факторы и т.д.) продукция местных сельхозтоваропроизводителей является менее конкурентоспособной, что ведет к утрате их позиций на продовольственном рынке, и в первую очередь на рынке молочной продукции. В связи с этим в статье рассматривается целесообразность разработки областной целевой программы по повышению конкурентоспособности продукции за счет использования имеющихся в сельском хозяйстве региона конкурентных преимуществ.
