Abstract

По результатам выполненного автором анализа и обобщения практического опыта организации оплаты труда на предприятиях нефтегазового комплекса ХМАО-Югры определены современное состояние и политика заработной платы. Разработанная матрица SWOT раскрывает возможности дальнейшего совершенствования организации оплаты труда. Инновационное развитие систем оплаты труда предполагает управление сложным процессом выбора средств достижения целей деятельности и реализации бизнес-стратегии. Изучение передовых методов работы с персоналом в российском нефтегазовом комплексе позволило автору сформулировать подходы к созданию эффективных систем заработной платы.
