Влияние Системы Бюджетной Сбалансированности На Макроэкономические Показатели Российской Федерации

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются теоретические положения основных концепций бюджетной сбалансированности и обосновывается место бюджетного дефицита/профицита в системе социально-экономических отношений. Проведена оценка механизма регулирования бюджетного дефицита и профицита в системе экономических отношений, подтвердившая гипотезу исследования о большой дискретности и разрозненности, то есть внесистемности, в первую очередь в отношении стратегии финансовой политики, совокупности используемых к настоящему времени принципов, методов и положений бюджетного регулирования.
