Abstract

В статье рассматривается создание новых предпринимательских субъектов как средства дифференциации хозяйства территории с целью сглаживания возникших дисбалансов. Особое внимание уделяется разработке и апробации методики всесторонней оценки предпринимательской активности. Анализируются результаты проведенного социологического опроса, направленного на выявление особенностей потенциальных предпринимателей территорий, где преобладает узкая хозяйственная специализация, в частности в моногородах. Подчеркивается, что наиболее существенным стимулом к предпринимательству выступает неудовлетворенность сегодняшним положением.
