Преимущественная Ориентация Металлургических Предприятий Урала На Внутренний Рынок Одно Из Важнейших Условий Экономической Безопасности

Abstract

В статье автор пытается показать, что экспортная ориентация уральской металлургии, воспринимавшаяся до недавнего времени как ее достоинство и потому поощрявшаяся властями, на самом деле представляет угрозу экономической безопасности региона. Составляющая основу экономики региона, Свердловской области в частности, металлургическая промышленность уже понесла во время мирового кризиса 2008-2009 гг. серьезный урон, причинив тем самым значительный ущерб социально-экономическому развитию региона. Это признается всеми, но рассматривается как временная потеря, закончившаяся с окончанием кризиса. Автор пытается доказать, что без переориентации уральской металлургии на внутренний рынок такие потери вероятны и в будущем, после окончания кризиса.
