Abstract

Статья посвящена актуальной проблеме подготовки кадров в условиях развития инновационной экономики. Показано место России в мировой инновационной экономике. С учетом отраслевых различий в оплате труда, изменения структуры занятости населения сформулированы наиболее важные задачи управления трудовыми ресурсами. На основе анализа большого массива данных в качестве вариантов решения проблемы исследованы две наиболее массовые стратегии профессиональная адаптация и перепрофилирование. Раскрыты причины неэффективности нынешней системы высшего профессионального образования.
