Экологизация Социально-Экономического Развития Регионов России Как Инструмент Реализации Государственной Политики В Сфере Природопользования

Abstract

В статье выделяются особенности реализации государственной политики в сфере регионального природопользования: совершенствование системы государственного управления в природоохранной сфере, формирование системы экономического регулирования рыночных отношений, экологизация социально-экономического развития регионов России, необходимость учета сценарных условий развития. Экологизация экономики определяется как основное направление социально-экономической и инновационной политики регионов России. Кроме того, обозначаются следующие направления экологизации экономического развития и улучшения природной среды: экология производства, экология человека, экология природной среды, экология бизнеса. Устанавливается взаимосвязь между направлениями.
