Abstract

В статье рассматривается перспективный вопрос для отечественного регионального управления: вовлечение муниципальных районов и городских округов в процесс стратегического развития региона с учетом существующих ресурсов. Проведен анализ практики муниципального управления в регионе, предложена методика расчета экономического потенциала территорий, сформулированы перспективные направления территориальной политики в регионе.
