Abstract

Реструктуризация, по мнению специалистов, один из основных способов устойчивого развития хозяйствующих субъектов в современных условиях. В статье рассматривается стратегия организационно-экономической реструктуризации регионального рынка нефтепродуктов. Приводятся конкретные мероприятия комплексной реструктуризации рынка нефтепродуктов в регионе и механизм управления перестройкой данного рынка.
