Формирование Технико-Экономических Парадигм Регионального Развития: Инновационно-Циклические Аспекты Исследования

Abstract

Новые технологии, вступающие в конфликт с неадекватным экономическим окружением, природными катаклизмами и политической конъюнктурой, появляются как бы из ничего, уже сформировавшимися. Заполнить это "белое пятно" позволяет теория циклов и технологических ритмов регионального экономического развития, корреспондирующая с эпистолярным содержанием излагаемой ниже статьи. Согласно этой теории, новые технико-экономические ритмы зарождаются еще в фазе роста предшествующего пространственно-экономического цикла, и долгое время развиваются в условиях неадекватного окружения. Ухудшение экономической конъюнктуры в фазе спада доминирующего цикла оказывает подавляющее влияние и на распространение нового технико-экономического уклада. Лишь с принципиальными преобразованиями институциональной и пространственной структуры создаются возможности для быстрого распространения нового технико-экономического ритма по всей экономической системе.
