Приоритеты Посткризисного Развития Региональных Энергетических Систем

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются пути обеспечения развития электроэнергетики на региональном уровне. Раскрыта необходимость и особенности региональных энергетических стратегий. Показано, что они выступают инструментом реализации приоритетности в развитии энергетической инфраструктуры регионов. Раскрыто содержание регионального стратегирования, его роль и значение в достижении лидерства в межрегиональных системах энергетики. Даны примеры взаимодействия факторов обоснования размещения энергетических мощностей в региональной системе. Предложены некоторые новые принципы и подходы к управлению развития энергетикой в регионах. Эти положения могут учитываться в выборе приоритетов и мероприятий программ развития электроэнергетики регионов.
