Abstract

В статье описан опыт использования альтернативных источников энергии в ведущих экономиках мира. Проведен анализ предложений по развитию использования альтернативной энергетики в отраслях экономики России. Особое внимание уделяется опыту энергосбережения и повышения энергоэффективности в ЖКХ. Затронуты вопросы создания и развития формальных и неформальных институтов использования нетрадиционных источников энергии.
