Abstract

В статье излагаются результаты, полученные авторами при разработке методического подхода к оценке энергоинвестиционной привлекательности территорий регионального уровня; методики такой оценки для одной из задач анализа, а именно, ее применения для оценки привлекательности поставок кузнецких углей на территории выделенных 17 субъектов РФ, находящихся в зонах Урала, Западной Сибири и Поволжья. Разработанный методический подход использует диагностику экономической и энергетической безопасности регионов с помощью индикативного анализа.
