Abstract

В статье раскрыт метод анализа форм вертикальной интеграции, где в качестве основного параметра оценки выбран уровень трансакционных издержек хозяйственных взаимоотношений технологически связанных фирм. Метод включает балльную систему критериев сопоставления уровня трансакционных издержек при различных формах вертикальной интеграции. В качестве примера трансакций взята горно-металлургическая технологическая цепочка фирм. Приведены результаты сравнительного институционального анализа форм организации трансакций между этими фирмами.
