Abstract

В статье рассматриваются проблемы развития опережающей инфраструктуры горноуральской части Ханты-Мансийского автономного округа − Югры, и в первую очередь энергосистемы. Предложена модель сбалансированного развития горнопромышленной части ХМАО − Югры и критерии для оценки ее эффективности. Предлагается ряд технологий для создания автономных, экологически безопасных энерго-технологических комплексов на базе местных углей. Даются рекомендации по созданию центров развития производительных сил для освоения горноуральской части автономного округа.
