О Трансгрессивном Подходе К Региональной Промышленной Политике

Abstract

В статье в порядке постановки раскрывается гипотеза формирования современной региональной промышленной политики на основе подхода, реализуемого ныне в практике корпоративных слияний и поглощений. Новый подход назван трансгрессивным, − это понятие заимствовано из биологии, его адекватность, необходимость и потенциальные возможности для описания и прогнозирования экономических трансакций показаны с учетом требований глобальных вызовов и соответствующих матриц институционального поведения. Идеи автора могут рассматриваться как приглашение к развертыванию исследовательской программы изучения возможностей промышленной политики и пространственного проектирования сетевых регионов на основе развития производственных кластеров, претендующих на участие в глобальных рынках.
