Abstract

Статья посвящена теоретическим проблемам управления эффективностью на региональном уровне. В работе уточнены основные категории и понятия теории управления эффективностью: «эффективность», «оптимальность», «управление эффективностью»; разработана классификация видов и форм эффективности; определено ее место на различных уровнях иерархии социально-экономических систем. Обоснована необходимость управления эффективностью развития региона и предложена соответствующая модель.
