Abstract

Статья посвящена вопросам разработки методических положений по оценке результативности социальных инвестиций в экономику территорий локального уровня. Представлена характеристика основных индикаторов данной оценки. В рамках построения алгоритма оценки результативности социальных инвестиций определены количественные градации измерения каждого из выбранных индикаторов инвестирования на начало и конец анализируемого периода, а также рассмотрены аспекты, связанные с идентификацией временнόго диапазона, в котором находится объект исследования. Особое внимание уделено определению шкалы результативности, оценке социологической составляющей социального инвестирования и учёту реализации приоритетных национальных и региональных проектов в социальной сфере муниципальных территорий.
