Проблемы Обеспечения Экономики Квалифицированными Кадрами

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам кадрового обеспечения развития экономики. Показано, что одной из центральных причин разрушения ряда отраслей промышленного комплекса страны является нехватка, а зачастую отсутствие кадров нужной квалификации. Определена решающая роль государства в решении проблем инновационного развития экономики. Раскрыты проблемы, связанные с формированием рыночных отношений в России, с позиций реализации национального проекта "Образование". Предложено использовать многоканальное финансирование, сочетание государственных и корпоративных источников при подготовке специалистов.
