Abstract

В статье описана методика оценки качества трудовой жизни, основанная на исследованиях социально-трудовой сферы регионов России за последние 10 лет. Выделены и обоснованы важнейшие компоненты качества трудовой жизни, позволяющие оценить основные проблемные места социально-трудовой сферы: занятость и безработица, заработная плата и доходы, квалификация и производительность труда, безопасность и организация труда, предпринимательская и инвестиционная деятельность. На основании авторской методики расчета интегрального индекса качества трудовой жизни рассчитаны и проанализированы в динамике интегральные показатели качества трудовой жизни населения регионов России. Выявлены закономерности формирования интегрального индекса качества трудовой жизни в регионах России, намечены пути оценки эффективности реализуемых государственных программ в социально-трудовой сфере.
