Abstract

Сформулирован ряд концептуальных положений для учета основополагающих факторов при выработке долгосрочной стратегии освоения месторождений полезных ископаемых. С учетом особенностей освоения и развития минерально-сырьевой базы Полярного Урала предложен принцип комплексности освоения недр при одновременном налаживании открытой инфраструктуры эксплуатирующих предприятий.
