Стратегическое Управление Как Фактор Развития Малого Производственного Бизнеса

Abstract

Обоснована необходимость применения процедур стратегического управления предприятиями малого бизнеса с целью повышения их конкурентоспособности в экономике региона. Процесс стратегического управления представлен как система социально-экономических отношений между предприятием и его внешним окружением. Рассмотрены особенности развития малого производственного бизнеса в регионах России в целом и в Свердловской области, в частности. Сформулированы направления совершенствования стратегического развития малого бизнеса на основе его взаимодействия с государством, субъектами инфраструктуры и крупным бизнесом.
