Abstract

Мезоэкономический уровень анализа является перспективным направлением экономических исследований. Он позволяет анализировать формирование и оценивать эффективность новых управленческих отношений, складывающихся между федеральным, региональным, муниципальным уровнем и уровнем отдельных физических лиц. Региональная экономика представляется как часть хозяйственного комплекса, интегрированного в экономику страны, определяющего потенциал экономического роста и развития национальной экономики посредством установления сетевых межуровневых связей субъектов управления.
