Демографические Аспекты Социальной Защиты Населения Региона

Abstract

В статье проведен ситуационный анализ уровня безопасности жизнедеятельности в демографической сфере регионов Уральского федерального округа. На основе данных федеральной статистики, которые охватывают период 2000-2010 годов, предложена система индикаторов безопасности (устойчивости) развития демографической сферы. Сформирована система пороговых значений рассматриваемых индикаторов по трем блокам: воспроизводство населения, брачно-семейные отношения, здоровье населения. Установлены наиболее значимые угрозы социально-экономической стабильности в исследуемых регионах и дана их количественная оценка. На основе проведенного анализа выделены приоритетные направления социальной защиты населения, обеспечивающие повышение устойчивости регионального социально-экономического развития, снижение вероятности социальных конфликтов и улучшение демографической ситуации.
