Abstract

На основе анализа результатов проведенного Институтом экономики УрО РАН в УрФО экспертного социологического опроса руководителей научных организаций, промышленных предприятий и представителей органов власти в статье исследуется состояние основных составляющих инновационной системы регионов округа, выявлены наиболее острые проблемы ее построения, дана оценка эффективности проводимой как на федеральном, так и региональном уровне государственной политики по формированию отечественной инновационной системы, и предложены первоочередные меры по активизации инновационной деятельности в регионах.
